Research Assistance (Please participate)

I am a trainer with the CT Dept. of Public Safety and I am writing a research paper for a class I recently attended at the National Fire Academy. The topic of the paper is utilizing fire and building code officials for damage assessment and for disaster recovery after a large-scale natural disaster.
