Hilti Fire prevention

Description:

Course Description:Josh Mattson and Sean Hurley from Hilti will be presenting various fire-stopping materials and assemblies along with discussing the requirements of the code.
2.0 Hrs of continuing educational credit will be offered.

Training Course will cover:
• Understanding a Life Safety Plan
• IBC Code Requirements for Fire Rated Assemblies
• Code Language Related to Penetrations, Joints, Edge of Slab, and Special Inspections
• UL Listing Nomenclature
• Firestop System Burn Testing
• Annular Space Requirements
• Engineering Judgements Purpose and Process
• Visual Inspection (we can look through many fun photos together!)

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED, PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT MEETING REGISTRATION FORM TO ATTEND MEETING
