Pamela Brown form the Department of Consumer Protection will be back to discuss issues surrounding the solar industry. Some of the items she and her team will be discussing will be:

• Learn DCP enforcement process and procedures as it relates to Solar company Investigations.
• Discuss top issues that drive complaints form customers and building officials, Solar financing,
Buy all vs. net metering, contracts and enforcement.
• Learn and discuss CT statutory requirements for licensure and permits.
• Learn more about the apprenticeship program new fines for registration non-compliance.

2.0 Credit hours will be offered. Pre-registration is required No walk-ins will be accepted.
