NOTE: YOU MUST MAIL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION WITH PAYMENT TO THE ABOVE ADDRESS. WE CAN NOT RECORD YOUR PARTICIATION PROPERLY OTHERWISE. DO NOT FAX OR EMAIL YOUR APPLICATION, MAIL ONLY!
The membership roster and mailing list will be developed by September 1, 2009. Any member who has not submitted his membership application form by that time will not be listed as a member. Honorary, Retired and Life members are also required to renew their membership, EVEN IF NONE OF YOUR INFORMATION HAS CHANGED.
In an effort to help contain costs, individuals not included on the membership list will no longer receive the Newsletter or information on upcoming meetings and events. Your cooperation in expediting your completed membership form is greatly appreciated.
