Educational Scholarship

Four Financial Assistance Grants of $1500 will be awarded annually by the Connecticut Building Officials Association.

Any Interested C.B.O.A. member should contact an Educational Grant Committee member for an application, or download here.

I. ELLIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS:
a. Children or Grandchildren of an active member at time of application.
b. Children or Grandchildren of a former C.B.O.A. member who died while on active-duty list.
c. Children or Grandchildren of a retired C.B.O.A. member who is in good standing.

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

a. Applications must be completed in full and submitted to the Educational Grant Committee no later than May 15, 2008 (Postmarked not later than May 15, 2008).
b. Applications must have signature of the sponsoring member. (For deceased members, a signature of any member in good standing)
c. Candidates must be accepted as a freshman student at an accredited Junior College, College or University.
d. Candidates must be residents of Connecticut
